Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you receive from us. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (candles, body care items, wax melts, reed diffusers, and other self-care goods), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.
We do, however, accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Customers provide return shipping and a 5% restocking fee.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of: The damaged item(s). The packaging (including shipping box and label). We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: Opened body butters, body washes, or skincare products. Used candles or wax melts. Customized or personalized products
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
